FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How much are Dues and when are they assessed? The annual assessments are billed in advance and are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. The dues are currently $113 per year and will be billed each January. How do I file an Architectural Control request? All buildings, fences, walls, additions, porches or other exterior improvements need prior approval. (Please submit your request to the association office prior to construction) Who can help with critter problems? (now that Fallschase is starting we are seeing alot more of these....) Call St. Francis Wildlife Refuge 489-1070. Are we members of CONA (Council of Neighborhood Assocations) or Buck Lake Alliance? Yes,Weems Planatation Homeowners Association are members of both organizations. Cona's website is - http://www.econa.org/ Covenant Reminders Recreational Vehicles: No boat, trailer, recreational vehicle, inoperable motor vehicle or the like may be parked or stored on any street in the Subdivision or shall be parked or stored on any lot except in an approved garage structure. Parking: No commercial vehicles shall be parked in driveways or in the streets on a regular basis. |
