Welcome to Weems Plantation. We are located just off Mahan Drive and East of Capital Circle NE. The community is racially, ethnically and religiously diverse. Homeowners range from young families with children to retirees. Ours is an active community with great schools (W.T. Moore Elementary, Swift Creek Middle and Lincoln High School)We are less than three minutes from Tom Brown Park, five minutes from Governors Square Mall and convenient to FAMU, FSU, AND TCC.
